Okay, hear me out.

I thought I was going to HATE this because… spiders…ew.

But I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was rooting for the human/vrix couple. As weird as it was.

I would say that if you are into sci-fi romance, give it a shot. It is a trilogy but I don’t think I will be reading the others. I was not invested enough for that.
