Oh. My. GOD 😍 

So, The Spanish Love Deception was my first contemporary romance and opened my eyes to the fact that I actually did like the genre. It was, in fact, my favorite book in 2023…a shock to my Romantasy loving soul if I’m honest. The American Roommate Experiment? Somehow managed to top it even though both stories had very similar tropes. There actually wasn’t a ton of spice in this book in terms of total encounters, but the scenes included had me rate this 4 of 5 anyways. Lucas is the kind of dirty talking male I didn’t know I even needed in my life 🥵 More importantly this whole book was just swoon worthy. The banter and conversations between Rosie & Lucas were so good and had me smiling like a damned fool. All in all, I absolutely adored this story and now I’ll be looking up Armas’ other books.
