More than the leading lady and gentleman, I enjoyed this book more for setting up beautiful, relatable, and realistic family dynamics.

My favorite scenes don't involve dialogue or interaction between the romantic leads but with the fantastic supporting characters. Despite that, all the romance was sweet anyway, and made me smile. This book feels like eating a light, sweet snack -- like a chocolate sundae or candied apples. I also really loved how no one was ever vilified in this book for being just who they are, and it's nice that it's a book where you love all the women (and men)! :)
