Human Acts by Han Kang

5.0

As I have just finished reading this book, there is not much I can say. From the very start, it was unforgiving and unapologetic towards its audience. It felt raw and crude and harsh. Han Kang is truly a phenomenal writer.

Often times while reading, I found my stomach turning as I vividly visualized the horrors depicted in the book. I felt it all in my heart and soul. It was quite powerful and quite disturbing at times.

Easily, Han Kang crawls up my list of favorite authors. Just a superb and impactful novel.
