As a friends to lovers apologist, I really wanted to love this book but there just wasn’t much tension and it had one of the worst third act breakups I’ve ever encountered. The shining stars of this story were the community. I like this tiny town and I’ve heard that the series gets better with the other romances so I’m hoping to enjoy the next book a lot more.
