It was a really great book. Lots of love scenes mixed with historical history. Bumps and fighting among characters. Claire is a lady that ends up time traveling back in time. Married in the future and falls in love with Jamie in the past. Terrific couple. To the past people she seems to be a witch because she knows stuff. Medicines, etc. Because some of the conversations was written with galiec ?I was tempted to give up but it has interesting scenes that sparked my interest plus I wanted watch the show but only after I read it. I had a stroke so the wording was hard for me but I know she is a terrific writer. Scots, Irish, and English so wanted to read it all and I did. Plus I saw other reviews said finish it. When I get better I will read the second book which I have. Read it!
