Confessions by Kanae Minato
5.0
What a delightfully twisted piece of work! Wow, wow, wow - Minato can write a story! Confessions sucks you in, whips you around, & spits you back out before you even realize what hit you. This story unfolds masterfully, giving you little bits and pieces to the puzzle on every page. As you dive deeper into the book, you also sink further into the morbid minds of the characters, and you close the book wondering if anyone is sane. Minato does an excellent job of using a distinct voice for each of her characters - you can most assuredly tell who is who here. One of the best examples of multiple viewpoints I've ever read! I'm really impressed with this book - it's in a class of its own.
