Some parts of it made me laugh enough that I was rather glad to be reading it at home. Other parts of it seemed a bit unrealistic, especially the plot line involving the app. I love the extended family and found the way that every character has their own insecurities very recognisable.
In comparison to the blog, there is much more storyline rather than single episodes to this, which I was glad to discover and the language is less ripe. I think the book is better, as characters and plot have time to develop and so there is less repetition than on the blog.
