Sci-fi lovers read it. I’m not even big on sci-fi-go but I devoured this novel. Every aspect of it was so clever. I didn’t even mind the math antics the Weir threw at me.

The character Mark Watney was written hands down one of the greatest male leads I’ve come across in a long time. I loved the self dialogue that guided the story from one event to the next. The humor folded in between the moments of seriousness.

I feel like I could read this book again and still relish in the delivery as if it was my first time picking it up.

Seriously read it.
