Outlander by Diana Gabaldon

Oh my God I can't even explain how much I ended up loving this book and how sorry I am to read this 24 years later. I loved how it's incredibly well written and detailed with an amazing research. The thing that I enjoyed the most was the character development and the complexity of each one of them. It has been a while since I read something that fulfilled my literary ambition and make me think out of the box. Make me erase my usual judgments and understand the acts of other people placing me into a different era and different place I am living. I can't wait to read the second one and I really really hope it will be as good as this or even better. Am so happy that I have begun this amazing journey to Scotland, 1743.
