I was so surprised at how much I liked this book - especially reading the original 1818 text! Admittedly, I skimmed many paragraphs of long winded details or explanations of the “agony & self loathing” of Frankenstein as that’s not so much my jam, but I loved the story. Realized I knew shockingly little about the actual story of Frankenstein & his monster so definitely very glad to add this to my ‘classic/famous books I definitely should have read by now” list!
