The Mistake by Elle Kennedy
4.0
John Logan is a college hockey star. He has a soaring social life full of parties hookups.
Grace Ivers on the other hand is the opposite, but is crushing hard on the cute hockey player who she sees around.
After a chance encounter she ends up spending an evening with Logan. Things are progressing, until Logan makes a mistake that pushes her away.
Grace spent her summer away from university visiting her mother in Paris trying to get over the short whirlwind with Logan.
Logan spent his summer handling turbulent family dynamics and trying to find a way to win Grace back.
After stubbornly proving to her he deserved a second chance, Grace agrees to go on a date with him.
From that date on they are inseparable their relationship seems one set to last.
This was a cute and light read with some spice to it. I enjoyed the characters banter and how their love story developed throughout the book.
