I've been wanting to read this book since I watched it as a young teenager, but never had the time or drive. Suddenly in the last 24 hours I had both. I raced through it. It was even better than then movie, which I can't wait to watch this weekend now. The book is definitely rough, but it's engaging. My only complaint was the narrator sounded like he had a cold. I noticed it the last half, and it was vaguely annoying, but all in all a fantastic book!
