Well this was a quick read. I enjoyed it. Action, mystery suspense, are all part of this and more. For 250 pages it definitely keeps you on your toes. I want more of Xavier and Maxwell. And Valentina. And Emily given her *plot * surprise

On the erotica note. The sex wasn’t as steamy as the book would make it seem but I think Emily and Kazimir have palpable chemistry. We’ll see where it goes. If only there weren’t so many running cliches and metaphors of the two in this book (if I have to hear how Kazimir “the lion” and Emily the “mysh “ were made for each other —-because this book loves stressing that —- I’m throwing my eye sockets away)
