Reread: July 2022
Rereading this as an agnostic adult was interesting, but I still love this story so much. There were definitely portions that felt lazily written but I appreciated Lewis' way with words in describing setting and the sense of wonder he is able to evoke through the worldbuilding of this magical country.

This will always be such a beloved classic. I remember loving it so much as a kid that I memorized the fauns' names listed at one point of the story. The Christian symbolisms in this book are so powerful and moving. Every kid deserves to visit the world of Narnia.
