At the moment I had impression that the author desperately tries to present psychopath as something good. Author seems to admire psychopaths in some way.
Yeah, they exist, there is a spectrum of disorder, and luckily there is only 1-3% of them in the whole population.
At least author did give nice overview of the recent research in the area.
