P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern
3.0
Totally a "chick lit" book - and not even that well-written, but I loved the main character and the author really tried to fill the book with other interesting characters. Some worked - some didn't.
The concept was appealing, but the narration got sidetracked a good bit with silly stuff. I didn't truly feel sad for the main character although I kept trying to put myself in her shoes. I think because I have kids, the concept of losing my husband is much more complicated than just losing my best friend, so it's hard to imagine myself spending days alone just pining away.
