I like Neil and Sage together. Neil is a lil too hotep for me but he's also a bookworm and owns a bookstore. He is recently out of recovery and doing very well but he does have a moment where he almost relapses.
I also like Sage however, the "I'm worthless because this man said so and I'm destined to had bad luck with men forever" thing is annoying as hell. So is the way that even after Neil tells her that regardless of their circumstances that this marriage is real to him she just refuses to believe it and that was also annoying
Sage should have whooped Emory's ass cause she deserved it. However both of them should have communicated with each other. Neil not telling her what Emory said and then Sage not asking him if it was true and disappearing on him should never have happened.
