I loved these short stories. They were entertaining and made enough sense without having read the books the characters are from (I only recognized about half as I haven't finished reading all of Symanah's books). My favourite stories were 'Aunt Veveen Helps Out' (hilarious!) and 'Psychotache'. The cultures and details of the tribes/nationalities in this universe are so well done.
