The Comfort Crisis: Embrace Discomfort to Reclaim Your Wild, Happy, Healthy Self by Michael Easter

adventurous challenging emotional hopeful informative inspiring lighthearted reflective relaxing medium-paced

4.5

I didn’t like the more autobiographical elements at first, and perhaps I personally would have preferred a version of the book without them, but I do see why they’re there and find them quite effective.

This book has been inspiring and given me some actionable steps to change my life and better understand the world.
Would recommend.
