Started [b:The Forgotten Ones|16288155|The Forgotten Ones (The Danaan Trilogy, #1)|Laura Howard|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1356476819s/16288155.jpg|22414772] because I was a bit feverish and wanted something sweet to pass the time. Well, it delivered just what was promised and so I eagerly picked the next two. Unfortunately, as the story progressed I began to lose interest, as it never really succeed in making me care for the characters since there weren't that much of consequences to their actions. And everything was resolved so easily! It kind of reminded me of the [b:Twilight|41865|Twilight (Twilight, #1)|Stephenie Meyer|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1361039443s/41865.jpg|3212258] series, where there's this build-up to epic battles... and then it's all in one's head.
