There is a lot of world building and set up in this, but I'm so ready to read the next book on the series. The asha are like magical geisha which I found to be super cool. I enjoyed the world a lot and I'm so curious as to what Tea will do. 
I did listen to the audiobook as I read it and it made it go by much quicker. I think if I read it without audio assistance it would've been a bit slow in the beginning.
