I don't know how it's possible but Nash and Lina may have surpassed Knox and Naomi (only slightly though). I loved how much of a bad-ass Lina was and how she really opened up throughout the book. I thought her and Nash's banter was top tier and I really liked the slow-ish burn these two had. I loved seeing all the characters we met in the first book and it was really nice to see the story pick right back up. I also thought this one was more tense and I really wanted to know who had shot Nash. The spice was fantastic as well! I also really enjoyed that the female friendships came into play a lot more in this installment. I'm having such a fun time reading these books and I am so excited for Lucian and Sloane's time to shine in book three.
