Loved this so much. Coles and Violet’s story was so different from other romances. I like that we got a glimpse into their past and how they started what was a interesting relationship. 

Cole is the perfect grumpy to violets sunshine and I throughly enjoyed the slow burn of their relationship and how it touches of on PTSD and how you have to push yourself through those dark moments until you want to live in the light.

I absolutely love Elsie’s writing and how easy it is just to get lost in one of her books. This was a favourite book so far and I can’t wait to carry on with the rest of the books in the gold rush ranch series!
