The Chalice of the Gods by Rick Riordan
adventurous
emotional
funny
lighthearted
5.0
With Percy’s sarcasm, Anabeth’s wits and Grover’s unwavering loyalty the gang can undoubtably get Percy anywhere..even College! That’s right Percy needs to get 3 letters of recommendation from different gods to go to college in New Rome!
Riordan does it yet again! Chalice of the Gods is both the same old trio we know and love from the original Percy Jackson and The Last Olympians, but also so so much more.
What I love about this book is that you could go into it having never read a single Percy Jackson book in your life and still fully grasp what is going on. Rick has made this book fully accessible to new readers. While also making it whole heartedly nostalgic for his die heard followers. There were a few parts I even cried at.
This was just a wonderful dive back into the world of the last olympians and I can’t wait to see what quest is up next!
