I liked the first book Legends and Lattes, but this one left a lot to be desired. I read it over Holiday break at it was light and easy with feel good characters.  Even 10 months later I can’t even remember the ending or exciting plot points.  It felt forced and disjointed as a story line.  It was held together by likeable characters and setting.  I hope he comes back with a better sequel to L&L vs this prequel.  Read recommendation:  Only if you loved Legends and Lattes and/or looking for cute characters with minimal plot or story.
