The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
5.0
The first time I read this book I was in high school and I was struggling, to say the least.
Now this was my second time re reading it at the age of 25 and I still related to Charlie and how he felt. It was different than in high school but still poignant nonetheless.
Stephen Chbosky wrote about difficult feelings and not always understanding what they meant in such a realistic and touching way.
You can't help but root for Charlie and hope that he lived a happy life, even though he isn't real.
