It was a good book. The plot was well thought out and had a great story that intrigued me. However I just don't feel I could relate to the characters as much as I could in some of her other books. I also made the mistake of reading Tales From The Shadowhunter Academy before this, meaning I already knew where everybody ended up. That might of spoiled it a bid for me. I also did not like Will a lot, he was awfully rude and a bit mean. Overall I think the mortal instruments is a better series. Although if you are a Cassandra Clare fanatic as I am you still might want to read it. And also that this is just my opinion, don't let this or any review drive you away from reading a book you want to and think will be good.
