I read this novel after reading Spinning Silver and I think that was part of the reason why I expected more of this novel. It was a good read but not as good as Spinning Silver, I enjoyed it and it kept my interest till the end... I liked the way the characters were portrayed, each having weaknesses as much as they have power, it is nice to see that they complete each other rather than try to overpower each other.
