I tried as hard as I could to get through this book but I just could not do it. The book was very thick in it's writing and it bored me to hell and back. The only time I really enjoyed this book was when the lead character was interesting with her friend Gabby and there wasn't enough of that to keep my interest.

Not only was the lead character unentertaining but I could barely even get any enjoyment out of her supporting characters because they were so annoying. No one really came across as likable and they weren't even interesting enough to get enjoyment out of hating them.

I'm going to give the author the benefit of the doubt on her writing as this is one of her first novels. I may check out another book later in this series just to see if it gets any better in any way.
