Omg, I don’t even know what I can say. This is the best book I’ve read in a really long time, an instant favourite. Every page is a goldmine, the world that underpins the story is so fleshy and damp and evocative and I’m totally obsessed with it. The characterisation, pacing, writing & plot were all actually perfect to me. I wish it was ten times longer and I can’t wait to force this upon everyone I know for the next decade 😈
