I just need to accept that every book in a DP series is gonna have a cliff hanger that just coaxes you into binging the next one wtf!!
Anywho this was rocky for me. It was very similar to Indigo Ridge at certain times. I was not impressed with the insta-love and then good lord Vance like if keep it in your pants was a person🤣🤣
If I could rate the book in sections it would honestly be
Beginning - 4.5
Middle - 2-3
End - mmmmm 4
It’s intriguing, it’s mysterious, it’s questionable, it makes you really wonder like could I accept this as what happened. But I am happy for the ending and obviously gotta finish with Mateo’s story because who doesn’t love an underdog story, idk baby sibling = underdog in my head!
