I really enjoyed most of this book. I liked the main characters and liked seeing them interact. I thought the world was very interesting as well. 
But there were glaring problems. This book has a scaling and pacing problem. I couldnt tell how expansive this story was supposed to be and the pacing can be very jarring. Also, this book has a telling over showing approach which is disappointing.
Altogether, I liked it. But I don't know if I would recommend.
