The Goddess Inheritance by Aimée Carter
1.0
Extremely disappointed in how this series ended, and how BORING this book was. The whole series was an interesting premise, although I felt like 95% of this book was Kate "checking" in on her baby, pining away for her son, and saying things like "I'm going to rip your head off when I get the chance!" to Calliope and Cronus.
I also felt like a lot of the book was "no Kate, you can't fight! It takes too long to learn how to." and he whining about wanting to DO something, but being helpless.
Felt Rhea's "defeat" of Chronus was comparable to a balloon full of air being let go - all that and what a waste. Same as her healing of Henry.
I so enjoyed the first three books, esp the first one, but this was just a terrible ending. I had a hard time making myself finish this book.
