I went into this with some really high expectations because of all the rave reviews I’ve seen on Bookstagram.

It’s definitely a cozy read… but ehhh sort of boring. It’s also definitely more of a Thanksgiving read than a Christmas read in my opinion.

I also thought there was some plot resolution left out… or maybe I tuned it out?! What happened with her dad?? Is it explained in further books?! I’m confused!!

Also when Luca told her he loved her and she said no you don’t, you’re confused… That’s when I was done with her. I literally cared nothing about her anymore. Maybe she reminds me of Lorelei on Gilmore Girls and that’s why I had issues hahaha I don’t know
