This book was incredibly heavy but also quite beautiful. I love the idea that certain people come into your life for a reason and this book gave that vibe the whole time. I loved Jonah's entire family and I think the growth he had from beginning to end was really nice to watch. I also though the conversations around mental health and grief were important, vulnerable and real. There was no beating around the bush and I really valued that. Vivi was such a strong and dynamic character. I enjoyed her sense of style, her confidence, and her outlook on life in general. It was very spiritual and enlightening and I enjoyed that. This for sure brought out a ton of emotions. I want to read more of Lord's books and I'm glad I picked this one up.
