I had no intention to ever read this series but when it was an Aldi special buy I picked it up! I ended up listening to it as I had it from the library and I wasn’t overly keen. 

It felt a little too long for me and whilst I was invested in the central romance (and a few side romances which will surely have their own books) the plot with the ‘evil’ twin sister was all a bit drawn out for me, I wasn’t that bothered about her and whilst I understand it was needed for the secret niece plot it felt like that was also only there to fill a trope?

So whilst it wasn’t really for me, I can see why it’s loved on the apps! An easy read but a little long for my liking!
