this was my introduction to Joan Didion and boy is she a force to be reckoned with I cannot wait to read more of her work. She is so eloquent and writes beautifully about such tragic dealings. The delicate nature of aging, I felt her exact fears bubble up inside myself. The grief and love she carries for those she has lost is so immense and you can’t help but to feel like you know her people and love them too. Beautiful heart breaking story!!
