Kill Anything That Moves: The Real American War in Vietnam by Nick Turse
3.75
i think this book suffers from the same issue that the media had when reporting on the war crimes committed in vietnam; the scale of the atrocities is just so large that individual events very quickly start to feel like old hat. very well researched, thorough, and written in an engaging way. i just think the sheer volume of horror quickly becomes overwhelming and thus less effective overall.
