The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

5.0

All of the stories are true . . . I'd heard from friends about this book and it's been recommended to me by Goodreads. I read what other people have said about it as well, and it's true: this book will break your heart by building it up and exploding it with love. It was accurate and relatable. It's coming of age and is inspirational. I can relate to the characters a little bit because my grandpa's had three different types of cancer, had many family members with it, and even last year lost my fifth grade teacher to Stage 4. It's sad and heartbreaking at the end, but you will remember. Remembrance is the deepest feeling of love.
