If you like horror, battle and romance this is the book for you. For it being a romance, the swooning is very toxic and untraditional so trigger warning going in. I love the characters and the universe that this author brings. I like the romance, but it isn't my main pull for the good. 

The main premise and universe is a world divided between two courts, and the main character being kidnapped and brought into the world to keep it from being destroyed. A very DARK version of the retelling of Hades and Persephone. The attraction feels genuine, but I have become more invested in the secondary characters in this book then the main love story.
