This book surprised me. The story building is wonderful; the entire book is from the perspective of Klara, an AI (or AF - artificial friend) in a dystopian society whose rules and customs are given to you piece by piece. Love, faith vs. rationality, the essence of humanity are the major themes explored through Klara's life. Highly recommend, would reread.
