Oh, I LOVED this. The dynamic between the two leads is fantastic, and I loved how Ash slowly got his memories back over the course of the story. The friendship dynamics are also fantastic, and I will definitely ben keeping an eye out for more books in this series because there's plenty of secondary characters that had me utterly intrigued to find out more.
Was it perhaps a little more dramatic than truly necessary? Yes. Did I care? Not in the slightest.
