This is book 2 of the series and you absolutely have to read book one, Beastly Armory before beginning this book. Be mindful of the trigger warnings, they are they for a reason. This book was easy to read and kept me engaged from the very first page. I love these characters and especially Cal. Kitty King does such a fabulous job of pulling us into this book that it feels like we are there with them. That's all I am going to say besides you absolutely need to read this series!! And there's going to be more. I can't wait!
