I read this in less than 12 hours and could not put it down. I want to read this every year for the rest of my life. The way that André has given voice to the yearnings of the soul and the desire to be loved and understood so completely is absolutely stunning. He is a glorious writer and I’ll definitely be looking into his other novels. Thank you for making it so clear that if we aren’t living our truth in this life, there’s no point. It will follow us wherever we go, whether we speak or die.
