The book, besides the ending, was good but the main guy character did not feel like a guy at all and started sounding exactly like the female character. Male characters who cry and have this uncanny ability to always be in tune with how the female character feels, well, it pulls me right out of the story. The girl in this might actually be crazy and it's incredible that this has a happily ever after with the lying, miscommunication, and almost predatory vibes but for what it was, it had a lot of heart. The heart just is not in the romance part of the novel which is pretty funny to me.
