I enjoyed the attention to detail, the new worldbuilding, and the way it balances the need for revenge with hope and empathy.
It explores the lines you'll cross and the consequences of decisions and definitely has a darker feel to the first book where you can feel the tension increasing.
Interested to see how the finale will play out.
