Engaging the Enemy by Rachel Rowan

4.0

Love makes you a better person or was it a heartbreak Anyway, That is what I concluded from this book. Hugo is an entitled (he is titled Alright Hugo John Henry Croftwood Blackton, Earl of Cornford is his name), selfish, self-centered, lax and spoiled 27-year-old man. Whereas Amelia is a responsible, selfless human being who has a secret childhood crush on Hugo. Circumstances bring them together and Hugo falls harder for her making him a better person in the process.

A tiny jealousy plot with a potato farmer Toby(his presence is fleeting, disappearing as swiftly as he appears), some Hugo humor, and some steamy scenes will keep you engaged for sure
