Great book, really well written and well organised. Cait's writing is so accessible and relatable, and consequentially really makes you reflect on your own habits and thoughts. I found myself highlighting a lot of sentences and passages, and enjoyed learning from someone else's experiences. Would quite like to re-read parts and apply more to my own life!
