This is a quick listen, but don’t speed it up as you might a typical audiobook. This is gorgeously written and read by Lana Del Ray and incredibly done. Her reading of it is brilliant. I enjoyed many of the poems but I think my favorite was the one about Paradise. I couldn’t find a list of titles for each poem but that’s my best guess.
Truly enjoyable and melodic in tone. The imagery is spot on.
Although her main gig is music, I would argue that many songwriters should be classified as poets first and musicians second. She definitely has a writing career available if she wants one.
